spivak wont load cdg songs or playlists
#1
I use Debian 9
spivack downloaded and install ok but with lots of warnings about gstreamer dependencies

I am trying to load a folder containing cdg files from a usb stick, having a problem with specifying the full file path. Any debian users out there who can help.

Thanks in advance

Just noticed my home partition is on the second hard drive

/media/peter/Lexar is your path for Karaoke files.

Can you please provide the full log file? Or you have "path not found" in the UI?

Thanks George

I will look for the log file. The "path not found" message is a dropdown down window in the UI

The exact message is

The collection Path does not exist

Cannot use this collection - the path does not exist

Sorry to mislead you with "path not found"

I have manage to add a 10 song collection to the database but cannot access it. I also have a single track in my music folder.

I think the problem is only the CDG file has been copied in both case so I will delete everything and try again
